In order to publish your images in our magazine we need you to list all credits in the appropriate box in the submission form below. Or add a text file, word file, PDF file to your Dropbox folder with the following information.

1. Photographer’s full name
2. Photographer’s current city of residence
3. Photographer's email address
4. Model’s full name
5. Model’s current city of residence
6. Model's email address
7. Copy of Model’s Release Agreement (If it is a photographer's submission/Add to Dropbox folder)
8. List of all team members (as it applies): MUA, Hair Stylist, and Wardrobe Designer

9. Signed Photographer's Copyright Release Form (Click PDF icon to download/Add to Dropbox folder)
