Before scheduling a photo shoot with CFM Magazine please ensure to understand completely the result of cancelling your appointment.

We understand your time as a model is valuable but so is the photographer's time and our time as a magazine/publication. In order to be fair with all the parties involved we have implemented this cancellation policy.

We require 3 days notice to cancel a confirmed photo-shoot.

​

We strive to be flexible in order to accommodate schedules, but constantly rescheduling an appointment for someone is unfair for other potential models who may have wanted that day. 

​

Please touch base with the photographer as sometimes seemingly-moody-weather can make for great photos.  For example, cloudy overcast skies make for some great photos. The photographer will advise you whether the appointment should be cancelled due to weather.   Bad weather that has all day raining/ thunderstorms will probably need a rescheduling or an indoor photo shoot.

Low priority will be given to rescheduling photo shoots cancelled with less than 3 days from time of scheduled appointment.  No shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

If you have to reschedule your photo shoot, please contact your photographer immediately to check on the next availability.

Exceptions will be made for emergencies and in case of an emergency the situation will be evaluated. We understand life happens and strive to be understanding!
